Mobile Clinic

To deliver primary and essential healthcare to the medically underserved communities in the rural region using innovation and technological advancements.

Clinic on Wheels

People residing at the backwaters of Mulshi region were served with primary healthcare by Public Health Department using a ‘Floating Clinic’ or 'Tarangta Davakhana'. But due to varying water levels, the project wasn’t proving to be successful lately. Samavedana and Public Health Department joined hands to resume health services through an innovative concept called the Mobile Clinic.

What We Do:

Clinic on Wheels
The mobile unit travels to the villages to serve the rural and remote population of Mulshi block of Pune district.
Path-Lab on Wheels

ECG on Wheels
The same van is also equipped with an ECG machine to serve the said population.
Medicines on Wheels
The van is used by Government in implementation of its various missions like vaccination, screening camps, awareness sessions etc.
